Sochiye - aapne sapno ka plot le liya. Architect se design banwa liya. Loan bhi ready hai. Sab kuch set hai. Lekin jab aap GDA ke paas map approval ke liye jaate hain, toh ek unexpected requirement saamne aati hai - “Ped kahan hain?”
Haan, ab Ghaziabad me ghar banana sirf cement, brick aur design ka game nahi raha. 1 April 2026 se ek naya rule lagu ho chuka hai jahan bina plantation plan ke aapka building map pass hi nahi hoga.
